I am a farmer, how do I get service on my system?

We are acquiring PureSense’s assets. We will address any data access issues as quickly as possible. If you have a sensing product issue that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we work with you to resolve it. I am a PureSense customer, when will Jain be able to address my concerns?

We want to restart the PureSense product on the right track as quickly as possible. As part of the process, we will be holding regional customer meetings to share the milestones, hear your feedback, and share how this product line fits into Jain’s strategy. What is Jain going to do with the PureSense products and people?

Our focus is to provide farmers better solutions that deliver a better bottom-line.
