Privacy policy
This privacy policy describes how JAIN US Irrigation (jainsusa.com) collects and uses information. We aim for plain language — if anything is unclear, write editorial@jainsusa.com.
What we collect
When you visit the site, our server records standard web-server log information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer. This is the minimum we need to operate the site and detect abuse.
If you submit the newsletter form, we collect the email address you provide. We do not sell, rent, or transfer email addresses to third parties.
If you fill out the dealer contact form, we collect the information you submit (name, region, product interest) and forward it to the closest authorized dealer.
Cookies
We use a single small cookie (or localStorage equivalent) to remember whether you’ve dismissed the cookie consent banner. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
If your browser ad-blocker is configured to block analytics or advertising cookies, that does not affect functionality on this site.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services with limited scope:
- Google Fonts (font hosting — receives standard request information when loading typefaces)
- Email delivery for newsletter and dealer routing (transactional email)
We do not embed third-party advertising scripts or marketing pixels.
How long we keep information
Server logs are rotated after 90 days. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Dealer-routing inquiries are forwarded immediately to the matching dealer and not retained on our side beyond what is required for follow-up.
Your rights
If you’d like a copy of any information we hold about you, or want it deleted, write editorial@jainsusa.com from the email address in question and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date below and post a note on the homepage for at least 30 days.
