ETwater Smart Controllers
ETwater is the controller you set up once and then look at when something changes — weather, season, planting, regulation. The rest of the time it runs the schedule, pulls the ET data, and reports the savings.
JAIN’s ETwater family is the smart-controller line that started in landscape and commercial irrigation and now serves homeowner-association sites, school districts, parks, and large commercial campuses across the US. Weather-adjusted scheduling, leak detection, and zone-level reporting are standard.
Weather-adjusted scheduling
ETwater controllers pull live ET data from nearby weather stations every day. Watering schedules adjust automatically as the season turns — no manual seasonal updates required.
Leak detection & flow monitoring
If you’ve added a JAIN flow meter on the supply line, ETwater watches it. Sustained over-flow triggers an alert and an automatic shutoff.
Zone-level configuration
Each zone gets its own soil-type, plant-type, slope, sun-exposure, and head-type configuration. Calculations run per zone — high-water-use zones don’t drag down the budget for low-water-use zones.
Reports for compliance & budget
PDF reports of monthly water use, by site and zone, for landscape managers and HOA boards. Useful for state and municipal water-budget compliance, useful for end-of-fiscal-year budget defense.
Unity multi-site management
If you run more than one site, the Unity tier of the platform groups them under one login with role-based access.
